1 1/2 cups softened unsalted butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp water
1tbsp vanilla extract

Mixing bowl

  1. Mix in unsalted butter and sugar until it becomes light and fluffy. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Mix in the egg yolks and set aside the egg whites. Also add in 2 tbsp of water, flour, vanilla and salt. After mixing them carefully into a dough, chill in the refrigerator for awhile.
  2. Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees F or 205 degrees C.
  3. Once the chilled dough no longer feels that sticky, fill up the cookie press with it. Then shape the cookies carefully and then place them inside an ungreased baking sheet. Brush the top of each cookie with the unused egg whites that is mixed with 2 tbsp of water. You can also add in your own decoration on each cookie as desired.
  4. Once the baking sheet is filled with cookies, start baking by putting them inside a pre heated oven at 400 degrees F or 205 degrees C. let it stay there for around 10 minutes or until the cookies turn golden brown on top.
  5. Remove from the oven, cool for a bit and then serve. Recipe is good for making 8 dozen cookies.
