Graham Cracker No Bake Cookies

One tip about making no-bake cookies is to use ingredients that do not require added heat.  You will not like the taste of raw flour; believe me.

In lieu of that, we use crushed crackers or bread crumbs as our base.  In this recipe, we are going to use graham crackers.  Put them in a food processor and grind it until fine, or buy crushed graham crackers in the grocery if you rather want it quick.

Another great thing about making no-bake cookies is that you could get your kids help you in preparing these sweet creations.


2 cups graham cracker crumbs

3/4 cupGraham Cracker No Bake Cookies

3 1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup butter, melted



  1. In a large bowl, put all ingredients together.  Mix them together until well-blended.

  2. Scoop a spoonful of the dough and roll into a one-inch ball.  Place the balls in a food container, and then cover with plastic wrap.

  3. Place in the refrigerator and let them chill before serving.
